FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The Haunted Factory is SELF-PACED and SELF-GUIDED. Once you enter the walk-through, you will move AT YOUR OWN PACE with some fear-induced encouragement. Walkthrough times vary but it should take about 30 minutes, or so, though this is completely dependent on your personal pace through the attraction. Be prepared to be scared!

The closer to Halloween, the busier you should expect it to be. This means longer wait times. Coming earlier in the month/season, and earlier in the evenings, will likely ensure smaller crowds and shorter wait times. Onsite ticket sales begin no earlier than 6:30pm, otherwise you can buy tickets online and skip the onsite ticket line. The attraction will open at dark, which is usually around 7PM. The Haunted Factory stays open later to accommodate anyone that may already be onsite and still holding a ticket at closing time. Everyone with a ticket will go through. If you are not a fan of waiting in line, we have FAST PASS Tickets available for an additional cost. With a FAST PASS, once you have purchased your ticket, you can skip the wait. Better yet, skip the ticket line AND the queue line by buying your FAST PASS Tickets Online!

WE DO NOT HAVE AN AGE LIMIT. We allow admission to visitors of all ages, as we believe parents to be the best judge of how their children will handle the attraction. However, please realize that The Haunted Factory is meant to Scare, Frighten, and Terrify you. This is a Haunted House Attraction, after all. We must also mention that there are NO REFUNDS should you, or your children, be too frightened to finish, or enter, the walkthrough. You must read the Warnings & Disclaimers before buying your tickets.

We do not have a slight dress code. You will be walking through an industrial-themed attraction, sometimes in the complete dark. We strongly recommend you wear close-toed, slip-resistant shoes. Please DO NOT wear flip flops or sandals. Our haunted house attraction, and queue lines, are located COMPLETELY INDOORS, but our parking lot is not covered. You you may want to dress appropriately for that evening’s weather. You may also want to wear clothes that you don’t mind getting a little dirty. Our biggest concern is your enjoyment and SAFETY, therefore we require that you read our Warnings & Disclaimers before purchasing tickets.

• NO MASKS OR COSTUMES.
• NO SANDALS OR FLIP FLOPS.
• NO LOOSE CLOTHING (as it may be easy to lose in the dark).
• NO WEAPONS OF ANY KIND.

WE DO NOT ALLOW TOUCHING. We aren’t that kind of haunted house. Our actors and staff WILL NOT touch, or grab, you intentionally. They WILL get very very close, however. It is also possible that you may accidentally brush up against our actors, their costumes, and/or our props, but we do not allow touching from our guests, nor actors. Please be respectful, as we most certainly will be.

Please consult your physician before you enter ANY Haunted House Attraction. Folks with any serious medical conditions are advised not to enter. We are serious. Things lunge out at you, people might fall down, and even your friends might just completely run over you. WE DO USE FOG AND STROBE LIGHTS. People with asthma and epilepsy are urged not to enter. Purchasing tickets is also your, and your guests, acceptance of our Warnings & Disclaimers pertaining to our attraction. You have been warned, and you will Enter at your own risk. 

YES. Our queue lines and attractions are completely indoors, so we are OPEN RAIN OR SHINE.

You are buying a ticket for a haunted house meant to scare, startle, frighten, terrify… etc. If you’ve already entered the attraction, there are emergency exits throughout the attraction. If you’ve purchased a ticket, but just can’t summon the courage to go in, you may give your ticket to another person for that evening. There will be NO REFUNDS for any reason.

NO REFUNDS. You wanted to get scared, and we happily obliged. There are no refunds for any reason.

WE’RE WATCHING. ALWAYS. The Haunted Factory employs private security, as well as local Law Enforcement Officers to ensure the safety and security of our guests and staff. Surveillance cameras are everywhere, and in every room of our attraction – even backstage. We also have behind-the-scenes security monitoring cameras and safety channels at all times.

NO SMOKING. NO VAPING. Smoking/Vaping is NOT permitted anywhere on the grounds. Please be respectful of other guests and families.

NO. VIDEO AND PHOTOGRAPHY ARE NOT PERMITTED INSIDE THE ATTRACTION. Queue Line, and Roaming actors will gladly pose for pictures before you enter. We also have a photo booth staged at the exit. Our creatures inside the haunt hate bright lights, and we are tired of cleaning up the blood, so cellphones and flashlights are not permitted. If you are seen using a flashlight, camera, or cellphone inside the attraction, you will be escorted out and will not receive a refund.

We offer General Admission and Fast Pass Admission. Those who don’t mind waiting in the general admission line are able to purchase the lower-priced ticket. Visitors who prefer a shorter wait must purchase the Fast Pass.
